To run the Installation Wizard, browse to the 'install/' folder relative to the URL of where you uploaded the 'a2server/' folder.

Example: 'http://your-domain-name/a2server/install'.

1: Compatibility Test

Check the results of the test. If some of these test fails, please check your server configurations to ensure that your web server meets the system requirements. If any incompatibilities take place, we advice you to adjust your server configuration before you proceed any further.

2: Performance Test

You can wait for the benchmark to finish or you can just skip and go ahead. To skip the benchmark process, click 'Continue'.

3: Database Settings and Activation

This section allows you to enter the information of MySQL database, which you have created earlier. You also have to generate the Activation Code and paste it into the appropriate field.

4: Setup Finished

Be sure to check for errors, go back and correct them if necessary.

The module requires modification of files or creates new files in directories. Most FTP programs allow you to change file permissions.

Permissions are specified by 3 digit number, such as 644 or 755. Please login to your FTP server and CHMOD * the following directories to 777 (Owner: Read, Write, Execute; Group: Read, Write, Execute; Others: Read, Write, Execute):

-    '/a2server/backup'

-    '/a2server/upload'

NOTE: Upon completion of Installation Wizard, you can delete the entire "/a2server/install/" folder.
